Understanding Duties & Taxes

We want your shopping experience to be clear and hassle-free, wherever you’re ordering from. How taxes and duties are handled depends on your delivery country, and this will always be shown at checkout.

EU Orders
For orders delivered within the EU, all taxes and duties are included and paid at checkout. This means:

  • No extra charges before or on delivery
  • Faster customs clearance
  • No unexpected fees

Non-EU Orders
For deliveries outside the EU:

  • Taxes, import duties and customs charges are not included at checkout
  • These charges are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility
  • Your local customs authority or courier will contact you to arrange payment before delivery

If a parcel is refused, or taxes and duties are not paid and the order is returned to us, we will refund the item value only. Original shipping costs will be deducted.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to estimate these charges in advance, and we are not able to refund any duties or taxes paid.

In Short
EU orders - everything is paid at checkout.
Non-EU orders - any taxes or duties are paid locally before delivery.
