We want your shopping experience to be smooth and transparent, wherever you’re ordering from. How taxes and duties are handled depends on your delivery country, and we make this clear at checkout so there are no surprises.

How We Handle Taxes and Duties

EU Orders
For orders delivered within the EU, all applicable taxes and duties are calculated and paid at checkout. This means:

  • No additional charges before or on delivery
  • Faster customs clearance
  • No unexpected fees

Non-EU Orders
For deliveries outside of the EU, please note:

  • Taxes, import duties and customs charges are not included at checkout
  • These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer
  • Your local customs authority or courier will contact you directly to arrange payment before delivery

If an order is refused or taxes and duties remain unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to estimate these charges in advance or refund duties and taxes if an order is returned or refused.

The Bottom Line

For EU orders, everything is taken care of at checkout. For non-EU orders, any applicable taxes or duties are handled locally before delivery. Either way, we aim to be clear, upfront and transparent so you know exactly what to expect.
