We hope you're happy with your purchase, but if there’s a problem, here’s what to do:

Faulty or Defective Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please report it within 7 days of delivery. Include a copy of your receipt/invoice and return it in the original packaging. Start your return at: Returns Portal

Non-Faulty Returns
You can return unused, non-faulty items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging. A return shipping fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days. Start your return at: Returns Portal

Please note: If returned items are found to be damaged through customer misuse, you may be liable for the repair and return costs.
