UK orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.

International orders placed before 12.30pm GMT (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
If your country isn’t listed as a delivery option, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to add it for you.
EU VAT & IOSS – No Hidden Fees
We are registered for the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme, which means:
- All EU taxes and duties are paid at checkout
- You won’t be charged anything extra when your parcel arrives
- Tracked and reliable delivery via DPD
For deliveries outside of the EU, please note:
- Import duties, local taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost
- These charges are set by the destination country and must be paid by the customer
- The courier or local customs office will contact you directly to collect payment before delivery
If an order is refused or taxes and duties remain unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to estimate these charges in advance or refund them if an order is returned or refused.
