When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver UK Mainland orders placed before 3pm during the week (Monday - Friday) on the following day, on the following Tuesday if the order is placed over the weekend, or the following Wednesday for orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend. We always do our best to meet these aims, but we cannot guarantee the delivery timescale will always be met, for reasons beyond our control

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery or it does not arrive within the expected delivery time period, please contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 1384 413 841 or customerservice@feridax.com and we will be happy to assist.

A parcel may arrive later than expected for reasons relating to the postal carrier. Once you have notified us, we work with the carrier to resolve problems and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. We accept no liability for any delay in the delivery of the products ordered. 

Returns

Please make sure you contact us before returning any item(s) on customerservice@feridax.com .In this email please make sure you advise the why you would like to return the item or the issues you are having with the item(s)

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however in the event you are unhappy with your product or have an issue, Spada is happy to accept returns on the following basis:

If the product is faulty or defective, you can send it back to us so we can take a look at it and determine what went wrong! Goods that are defective or damaged will have be reported to Spada within 7 days of delivery. You’ll need to include a copy of your receipt/invoice with your return and then re-package and seal it in the original packaging. If your product is neither faulty nor defective, you can return it to us for free! Keep in mind that it will need to be UNUSED, not damaged or defective and returned within 30 days of purchase with the original tags and in original condition including packaging. You’ll need to include a copy of your receipt/invoice with your return and then re-package and seal it in the original packaging. Please be aware, items returned that are found to be damaged due to Buyer’s fault will mean you would become liable for the cost of remedying such damage and the associated carriage cost.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
