Dean Harrison Merch Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: SPADA c/o Feridax (1957) Ltd, Park Lane, Halesowen, West Midlands, B63 2NT (“the Promoter”). 

1. Eligibility 

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. 

  • Employees of Feridax (1957) Ltd, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded. 

  • Internet access and a valid postal address are required to receive prizes. 

2. Promotional Period 

  • The promotion runs from 5th December 2025 to 1st January 2026 (inclusive). 

  • All qualifying purchases and postal entries must be received by 23:59 on 1st January 2026. 

3. How to Enter 

There are two ways to enter: 

a. Purchase Entry 

  • Every order from the official SPADA website during the promotional period automatically qualifies for one entry per order placed. 

b. Free Postal Entry 

  • To enter without purchase, send a postcard with your full name, postal address, email address, and phone number to:

  • Postal entries must be received by 1 January 2026. 

  • One free entry per person will be accepted. 

4. Prize 

One winner will receive the Dean Harrison Merch Bundle, which includes:

Clothing sizes subject to availability at the time of the draw. 
No cash alternative or substitutions will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. 

5. Winner Selection 

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries. 

  • The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date. 

  • The winner will be drawn by Spada Clothing, using a random and fair method. 

  • The draw may be recorded or witnessed for transparency. 

6. Notification 

  • The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 7 days of the draw. 

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

7. Publicity 

  • The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including a social media announcement. 

  • By entering, participants agree that their first name and county may be shared publicly if they win. 

8. Data Protection 

  • Personal data provided for this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for prize fulfilment.

9. General 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
