Dean Harrison Merch Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

Promoter:

1. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of Feridax (1957) Ltd, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.

Internet access and a valid postal address are required to receive prizes.

2. Promotional Period

The promotion runs from 4th December 2025 to 1st January 2026 (inclusive).

All qualifying purchases and postal entries must be received by 23:59 on 1st January 2026.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

a. Purchase Entry

Every individual product purchased from the official SPADA website during the promotional period counts as one entry into the prize draw.
This means the more products purchased, the more entries you will receive.

Entries are automatically assigned based on the quantity of items in a qualifying order.

b. Free Postal Entry

To enter without purchase, send a postcard with your full name, postal address, email address, and phone number to:

Postal entries must be received by 1 January 2026.

Only one free postal entry per person will be accepted.

4. Prize

One winner will receive the Dean Harrison Merch Bundle, which includes:

Clothing sizes are subject to availability at the time of the draw.
No cash alternative or substitutions are available. The prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

The draw will take place 29 days after the competition closing date to account for the returns window.

The winner will be selected by Spada Clothing using a fair and random method.

The draw may be recorded or witnessed for transparency.

Returned or Cancelled Orders

If a qualifying purchase is returned or cancelled, any associated entries will be void and removed from the prize draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify order status before confirming eligibility.

6. Notification

The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including a social media announcement.

By entering, participants agree that their first name and county may be shared publicly if they win.

8. Data Protection

Personal data provided for this competition will be used solely for administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfilment.

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
