The Orion 2 motorbike helmet is designed in a flip up format, offering flexibility through a practical feature set and certified approval. Finished in a geo camo matt red colourway, it is ECE 22.06 approved and tested to the latest safety standard, making it suitable for road use where this certification is required.
The helmet is constructed using a durable ABS shell, providing proven impact resistance while keeping overall weight within a practical range. Two shell sizes are used across the XS to XL size range to help optimise fit and comfort, allowing proportions to remain consistent across different head sizes.
P&J homologation means the helmet is approved for use in both full face and open face configurations, allowing it to be used in different positions depending on rider preference or riding conditions. A secure-fit quick-release chin strap allows for fast and secure fastening while keeping the helmet firmly in place during use.
Inside the helmet, a channelled multi-density EPS liner is used to support energy absorption while promoting airflow. Ventilation is managed through a climate control system that allows airflow to be adjusted to suit varying conditions.
The helmet is fitted with an anti-scratch visor designed to maintain clear vision over repeated use. A secure visor lock button helps keep the visor firmly in place at speed, while the helmet is Pinlock 30 or 70 prepared, allowing an anti-fog lens insert to be fitted if required. An integrated drop-down sun visor provides instant sun protection without the need to change visors.
Comfort and practicality are supported by a Fresh Liner interior that is fully removable and washable, making it easy to keep the helmet clean and fresh. A wind seal chin curtain helps reduce draughts and wind noise during use, while a glasses easy fit design offers comfort for riders who wear spectacles.
Available in sizes XS to XL, the Orion 2 flip up motorbike helmet weighs between 1600g and 1650g, balancing a modular design with controlled overall weight.

Christmas Returns Information
Our warehouse will be closing over the Christmas period, which means any returns sent after 15th December may not be processed until the New Year. This won’t affect your eligibility for a refund or exchange, as our Christmas returns window has been extended until the week ending 16th January, giving you plenty of time to send items back once we reopen.
We hope you're happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, the information below outlines our returns process.
We offer a full refund on all items returned to the address below within:
- 14 days of receipt for UK orders
- 28 days of receipt for international orders, including the EU
All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags and packaging intact. Please ensure you include the completed returns form that was enclosed in your parcel, so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
UK Returns
To make a return from within the UK, please use our Returns Portal to generate a prepaid returns label. For non faulty returns a shipping fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed. To avoid additional customs charges, parcels should be clearly marked as: “Returned goods – no commercial value”. Failure to do so may result in duties being charged, which we are unable to cover and may be deducted from your refund.
Additional Information
Postage charges are non-refundable.
- For orders with free delivery, the equivalent postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving your return.
- If returned items are found to be damaged due to customer misuse, you may be liable for the cost of repair and return.
