Faulty or Defective Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please report it within 7 days of delivery. Include a copy of your receipt/invoice and return it in the original packaging. Start your return at: Returns Portal
Non-Faulty Returns
You can return unused, non-faulty items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging. A return shipping fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days. Start your return at: Returns Portal
Please note: If returned items are found to be damaged through customer misuse, you may be liable for the repair and return costs.

Excellent product and comfy
Absolutely over the moon with this helmet just getting back into mountain biking so had to re buy all new gear so the value for money element of this helmet was very welcome it feels super premium and can’t fault it .
