DELIVERY

Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next working day. Faulty or Defective Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please report it within 7 days of delivery. Include a copy of your receipt/invoice and return it in the original packaging. Start your return at: Returns Portal

Non-Faulty Returns

Each pair is ergonomically cut and tested in a riding position to sit just right over your boots. If you're between leg lengths, we recommend opting for the longer size and shortening if needed, as it's much easier to take them up than to add length later.
