DELIVERY

Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next working day. Weekend orders (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

We hope you're happy with your purchase, but if there’s a problem, here’s what to do:

Faulty or Defective Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please report it within 7 days of delivery. Include a copy of your receipt/invoice and return it in the original packaging. Start your return at: Returns Portal


Non-Faulty Returns
You can return unused, non-faulty items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging. A return shipping fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days. Start your return at: Returns Portal


Please note: If returned items are found to be damaged through customer misuse, you may be liable for the repair and return costs.
