Bank Holiday Delivery Information

To ensure mainland UK delivery before the bank holiday, please place your order before 3pm on Thursday 21st August. This ensures your order is delivered on Friday 22nd August.

•    Orders placed by 3pm on Friday 22nd August will be delivered on Tuesday 26th August

•    Orders placed after 3pm on Friday 22nd August will be delivered on Wednesday 27th August

Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.

• Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next working day.
• Weekend orders (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

We hope you're happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, the information below outlines our returns process.

We offer a full refund on all items returned to the address below within:

• 14 days of receipt for UK orders
• 28 days of receipt for international orders, including the EU

All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags and packaging intact. Please ensure you include the completed returns form that was enclosed in your parcel, so we can process your return as quickly as possible. 

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

UK Returns

To make a return from within the UK, please use our Returns Portal to generate a prepaid returns label. For non faulty returns a shipping fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed. To avoid additional customs charges, parcels should be clearly marked as: “Returned goods – no commercial value”. Failure to do so may result in duties being charged, which we are unable to cover and may be deducted from your refund.

Additional Information

Postage charges are non-refundable.

• For orders with free delivery, the equivalent postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving your return.
• If returned items are found to be damaged due to customer misuse, you may be liable for the cost of repair and return.
