The Bastion matt black flip-up helmet is built for riders who value versatility and confidence on the road. Its practical, adaptable design is paired with full ECE 22.06 certification, providing peace of mind on every journey.
P&J homologation means the helmet is approved for use in both full-face and open-face configurations, allowing riders to adapt to different riding conditions. A Secure-Fit quick-release chin strap ensures fast, simple fastening while keeping the helmet securely in place.
The helmet features a durable matt black ABS shell, engineered for strength and reliability. Two shell sizes ensure a balanced, comfortable fit, with proportions scaled perfectly across the XS to XL size range.
A built-in climate control system allows airflow to be adjusted to suit changing weather conditions. The anti-scratch visor maintains clear vision over repeated use, and a secure visor lock button keeps it firmly closed at speed.
An integrated drop-down sun visor provides instant protection from glare without the need to swap visors. Inside, the Fresh Liner interior is fully removable and washable, keeping the helmet clean and fresh. A Wind Seal chin curtain reduces draughts and wind noise, creating a quieter, more controlled ride.
The Bastion is comms-ready, designed to accommodate most helmet communication systems without compromising fit or comfort.
Depending on size, the Bastion matt black flip-up helmet weighs between 1670g and 1870g, combining modern safety certification with everyday practicality in a clean, understated design.

Christmas Returns Information
Our warehouse will be closing over the Christmas period, which means any returns sent after 15th December may not be processed until the New Year. This won’t affect your eligibility for a refund or exchange, as our Christmas returns window has been extended until the week ending 16th January, giving you plenty of time to send items back once we reopen.
We hope you're happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, the information below outlines our returns process.
We offer a full refund on all items returned to the address below within:
- 14 days of receipt for UK orders
- 28 days of receipt for international orders, including the EU
All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags and packaging intact. Please ensure you include the completed returns form that was enclosed in your parcel, so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
UK Returns
To make a return from within the UK, please use our Returns Portal to generate a prepaid returns label. For non faulty returns a shipping fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed. To avoid additional customs charges, parcels should be clearly marked as: “Returned goods – no commercial value”. Failure to do so may result in duties being charged, which we are unable to cover and may be deducted from your refund.
Additional Information
Postage charges are non-refundable.
- For orders with free delivery, the equivalent postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving your return.
- If returned items are found to be damaged due to customer misuse, you may be liable for the cost of repair and return.
