EU VAT & IOSS – No Hidden Fees

We are registered for the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme, which means:

  • All EU taxes and duties are paid at checkout
  • You won’t be charged anything extra when your parcel arrives
  • Tracked and reliable delivery via DPD

 

For deliveries outside of the EU, please note:

  • Import duties, local taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost
  • These charges are set by the destination country and must be paid by the customer
  • The courier or local customs office will contact you directly to collect payment before delivery

If an order is refused or taxes and duties remain unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to estimate these charges in advance or refund them if an order is returned or refused.

RETURNS

We hope you're happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, the information below outlines our returns process.

We offer a full refund on all items returned to the address below within:

  • 30 days of receipt for UK orders
  • 30 days of receipt for international orders, including the EU

All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags and packaging intact. 


If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

UK Returns/Exchanges

To make a return from within the UK, please use our Returns Portal to generate a return or exchange.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

To avoid additional customs charges, parcels should be clearly marked as:
“Returned goods – no commercial value”
Failure to do so may result in duties being charged, which we are unable to cover and may be deducted from your refund.

Additional Information

Postage charges are non-refundable.

  • For orders with free delivery, the equivalent postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving your return.
  • If returned items are found to be damaged due to customer misuse, you may be liable for the cost of repair and return.

Designed to perform across changing riding conditions, the Lula Motorcycle Jacket combines lightweight construction with dependable weather protection. Built from high-density twill fabric with a durable water-repellent (DWR) coating, the fully seam-sealed 5k/3k waterproof and breathable construction helps keep riders comfortable in wet weather while maintaining breathability. A female-specific fit provides comfort and freedom of movement, while the detachable hood adds everyday versatility on and off the bike.

CE Level AA certified for motorcycle riding, the Lula Jacket is equipped with TetraHex™ CE Level 2 five-piece armour, with protection positioned at the shoulders, elbows and back to provide flexible impact protection across key rider zones. The lightweight construction is designed to deliver protective performance without restricting rider comfort or mobility.

Practical Features for Every Ride

Designed for comfort in a range of riding conditions, the jacket features two upper chest and forearm intake vents, together with a large rear exhaust vent to promote airflow during warmer rides. Reflective branding enhances rider visibility in lower-light conditions, while two large internal stow pockets and a waterproof internal chest pocket provide secure storage for riding essentials. An internal belt loop attachment offers added security when riding, while coated weatherproof zippers throughout, a two-way centre front zipper, drawcord-adjustable hem, and hook-and-loop adjustable cuffs allow the fit to be tailored for comfort and weather protection.
