Returns
If the product is faulty or defective, you can send it back to us so we can take a look at it and determine what went wrong! Goods that are defective or damagedwill have be reported to Spada within 7 days of delivery.
If your product is neither faulty nor defective, you can still return it to us, however, a £3.99 return fee will be deducted from the refund. Once processed refunds will enter your account within 5-10 working days. Keep in mind the item will need to be UNUSED, not damaged or defective and returned within 14 days of purchase with the original tags and in original condition including packaging.
