Eligibility
1.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
1.2 Employees of Spada Clothing, their families, or any associated companies are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
2.1 To enter, you must: Follow the Spada Clothing account on the platform you're entering through (Instagram or Facebook). Like the competition post. Tag at least one friend in the comments of the competition post. Each additional tag counts as an extra entry.
2.2 Bonus entries are available by entering on both Instagram and Facebook.

Competition Period
3.1 The competition opens on 20th November 2024 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 18th December 2024. 3.2 The winner will be announced on 25th December 2024 on Spada Clothing's official social media accounts.

Prize
4.1 One (1) winner will receive a £1,000 voucher to spend on motorcycle clothing and accessories available at Spada Clothing in-store only (subject to availability).
4.2 The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.3 The voucher must be redeemed at a participating Spada Clothing retail store and cannot be used online.

Winner Selection
5.1 The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Instagram and Facebook.
5.2 The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered from (Instagram or Facebook).
5.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.

General Terms
6.1 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
6.2 Spada Clothing reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
6.3 By entering, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 6.4 Spada Clothing reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6.5 Spada Clothing’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Fraudulent Entries
7.1 Any fraudulent entries or attempts to manipulate the competition will result in immediate disqualification.
7.2 Be cautious of fake accounts impersonating Spada Clothing. We will never ask you to click a link or provide personal information. Official accounts are @spada_clothing on Instagram and /spadaclothinguk on Facebook.

Data Protection
8.1 By entering the competition, you agree to Spada Clothing processing your personal data for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
8.2 Spada Clothing will not share your data with third parties unless required to do so by law.

Force Majeure
9.1 Spada Clothing will not be held responsible for any failure to fulfil the competition if caused by unforeseen circumstances outside of its control.
